Grief Counselling in Port Coquitlam & Vancouver

Gentle support through loss, at your own pace, in English or Farsi.

Is This You?

Grief has no timeline and no right way to feel. Whether you've lost a loved one, a relationship, your health, or the home and community you left behind, the waves of loss can be overwhelming.

You might be experiencing:

• Deep sadness, longing or emptiness

• Guilt, anger or "what ifs"

• Trouble sleeping, concentrating or getting through the day

• Feeling alone, or that others expect you to "move on"

• Grief that is complicated by distance, migration or cultural expectations

How I Can Help

I offer a calm, non-judgmental space to honour your loss and the person or life you are grieving. Together we make room for all your feelings and memories, and gently find ways to carry your grief while re-engaging with daily life. I draw on Emotion-Focused Therapy, ACT and culturally sensitive practice, and respect the traditions and beliefs that are meaningful to you.

What to expect: There is no pressure to "get over it." We move at your pace, and sessions can be in English or Farsi, whichever lets you express yourself most fully.
