Depression Counselling in Port Coquitlam & Vancouver

Rediscover energy, hope and purpose, in a space where your feelings are heard.

Is This You?

Depression can make even small tasks feel heavy. It can drain your motivation, change your sleep and appetite, and make you feel disconnected from the people and things you used to enjoy. With the right support, things can get better.

You might be experiencing:

• Persistent sadness, emptiness or numbness

• Low energy and loss of motivation

• Losing interest in things you used to enjoy

• Changes in sleep or appetite

• Harsh self-criticism or feelings of worthlessness

• Pulling away from friends and family

How I Can Help

We explore what is contributing to how you feel, from life events and relationships to thought patterns and stress. Using approaches such as CBT, ACT and Emotion-Focused Therapy, we work on small, realistic steps that rebuild energy, challenge harsh self-talk and reconnect you with what matters to you.

You can speak in English or Farsi, and your cultural background and values are part of the conversation.

What to expect: We go at a pace that feels manageable. Early sessions focus on understanding what you're going through and finding some first steps toward relief.

If you are in crisis or thinking about suicide, call or text 9-8-8 (Suicide Crisis Helpline) or call 9-1-1. Counselling is not an emergency service.
