Meet Shima

Hi, I’m Shima Sartipi—Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC), Farsi-speaking therapist, and someone deeply passionate about creating safe, meaningful change.

I help individuals, couples, and families navigate a wide range of challenges including:

  • Anxiety, stress & panic attacks

  • Relationship issues & communication struggles

  • Trauma & PTSD

  • Depression & emotional overwhelm

  • Low self-worth or identity concerns

  • Parenting & family dynamics

With over 10 years of experience and advanced training in trauma-informed care, I blend evidence-based approaches like CBT, ACT, EFT, and culturally sensitive counselling to meet you where you are.

Whether you’re coping with a recent life transition or past wounds that still linger, I offer therapy in both English and Farsi—so you can express yourself in the language that feels most natural.
