Depression

My main objective as a therapist is to give you the assistance and resources you require to deal with the difficulties caused by worry. Relationship Problems
Our lives can be profoundly impacted by relationship issues, which can lead to emotional upheaval, erode trust, and impede communication. Grief
My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe haven for people who are struggling with bereavement. Anger Management
As a therapist, I genuinely care about helping my patients find a method to express and manage their anger in a way that works for them. Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder(ADHD)
ADHD can present various challenges, but as a counsellor, I specialize in providing tailored support that embraces the unique strengths and needs of individuals with ADHD. My approach involves personalized strategies aimed at empowering clients to manage symptoms effectively. Through our sessions, we'll explore techniques to improve focus, organization, and coping mechanisms that enhance daily life. I provide a supportive environment where clients feel understood and equipped with the tools to navigate challenges confidently.
